the Guild of the Evil Rubixians (aka the 7 Evil Rubixians) are the main villains of Scott Cameron Takes Off.
¶ WILLIAM [1]
William is the Rubixian we know most about.
as stated in Redux:
"[William] was my first target at the Ministry of Truth…
Back then he lived in the new Block D but sympathised with Rubixia.
Recently he moved there and joined the Evil Rubixian's guild…"
He is seen masterminding the trap to kidnap Scott Cameron in Redux 3.
¶ WILSON [2]
Wilson is the Second Evil Rubixian, described as an “Old college friend” of F1Nale.
Not much about him is known, and he is seen once in the story.
¶ EVIL RUBIXIANS 3-6
These Evil Rubixians rarely appear, if at all.
[3]: Anna, Queen of Rubixia and wife of F1NALE. Never seen, only stated as “F1Nale's Girlfriend” in Redux.
[4]: Sasha, Minister 1. According to unused character designs, she was to look like Milera Onne a bit.
[6]: Rubix, the “vice president” of Rubixia, never seen and no concept art exists.
¶ MATTHEW [5]
Matthew is the second Minister of Rubixia. First seen in Redux 2, he is seen again in the Redux 7 prologue. He engages in battle with Scott Cameron ontop the Goldlandia Express, however he loses when the train goes through a tunnel, and he doesn't duck, and is flung off the train.
¶ F1NALE [7]
F1Nale is the leader of Rubixia, and the final Evil Rubixian. He will be seen in later parts of SCTO Redux, although he technically appears once already. He will be put against Scott Cameron in the final fight, which he loses by being pushed onto a train and getting whisked away to the middle of nowhere.
